The Double automotive flare tool kit suitable: 3/16", 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 7/16", 1/2", 5/8"(5,6,8,10,12,14,16mm); Tubing cutter has a 1/8 to 1-1/8 inches (3-30mm) capacity.
Double Flaring Tool Kit is used when flaring single or double flare in a variety of material: copper, aluminum, brass, magnesium, and soft steel brake line tubing(up to 45 degrees).
When flaring, first cover the annealed copper tube with the connecting nut, and then put the copper tube into the corresponding hole diameter of the pipe clamp. Tighten the nuts at both ends of the pipe clamp, press the conical head of the expanding ejector on the pipe orifice, and slowly rotate the screw clockwise to extrude the pipe orifice into a bell mouth.
The tube has good clamping effect, small deformation of copper tube. The Yoke and swivel are construct from high quality steel for high durability and long service life.
